At Antelope Point Marina, we’re committed to safety, transparency, and providing the best possible experience on and off the water. This page outlines the policies and guidelines that help ensure a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff.

Please Review the following sections carefully before your visit or reservation. By accessing our marina, facilities, or services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Reservation Policies

Our Reservation and cancellation terms are designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness for all parties.

2. Marina Rules

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all guests are expected to follow marina rules at all times.

3. Moorage & Storage Contracts

All slip holders and storage renters are required to agree to our terms for mooring and on-site storage.

Moorage Agreement: Rules and responsibilities for vessels occupying a slip.
Storage Agreement: Terms for on-site trailer, boat, or enclosed storage.

Both agreements outline liability, insurance requirements, usage restrictions, and termination procedures.

4. Privacy Policy
