An Antelope Point Marina (APM) rental reservation is confirmed only after receipt of an initial deposit for the reservation equal to the first full day of rental. APM requires that a credit card be placed on file with APM to secure the deposit for the rental reservation. The customer’s credit card will be charged for any cancellation fees, or late payment fees in the event a rental payment is not received, according to the Cancellation Policies outlined below. Failure to pay deposits/payments by their due date will result in the loss of your rental reservation and, in the case of final payment not being paid on time, will subject your reservation to any applicable cancellation (as outlined in Cancellation Policies below):
Plans change. Emergencies happen. Trip Cancellation Protection is a valuable option for groups that make last minute changes to their reservations. This option protects your vacation investment in case of the need for cancellation of your rental.
Lake Powell’s water levels have dropped over the past few years, but there’s still plenty of water for the vacation of a lifetime. While the shoreline has changed in most of the canyons and bays, it is simply different, but far from gone. Lake levels here.
You will be responsible for piloting your houseboat up the main channel to your desired canyon/bay. However, if you sign up for Anchoring Service through Beach Bags, you may elect to have a Captain drive your boat onto shore.
The piloting service offered is “On-Beach” piloting. This means a USGC certified captain boards your houseboat when you meet the Beach Bags team at your destination, takes the helm, drives your boat to your campsite, and holds the boat steady on the shore until its securely anchored. You just sit back and relax
Yes, they are provided with each boat rental. Save yourself the hard work of digging 3 foot holes for sand anchoring. anchor or rock or sand and be professionally anchored by signing up for Beach Bags Anchoring Service. It’s only $500 when you rent your houseboat with Antelope Point Marina.
No. Camping is not allowed in Antelope Canyon. The best way to experience Antelope Canyon is via kayak, rental boat or on a guided tour.
Park entrance fees are NOT included with tours or rentals. All visitors entering any of Lake Powell’s marinas (which are all located within National Recreation Area) are required to pay the park’s entrance fee.
Siphoning gas is not allowed and can damage the tank. Damages due to siphoning will be taken from the deposit.
Ski, rope, life jacket. $25 for each pack plus a $100 deposit.
Our Boat Rental team can rescue you if there is an emergency. The cost of the rescue is paid for through the forfeiture of your deposit.

Credit card transactions are preferred because they immediately secure your reservation for the dates and boat you have selected. Checks can be taken, but they must “clear” your bank and be received by ours before the reservation dates and the boat you have selected are secured. This typically takes several days and the boat and/or dates you desire may no longer be available when the funds are received.
Depending on the model, our houseboats can sleep up to 12 guests in beds and an additional 2-4 guests on sleeper sofas. Sleeping accommodations for more guests are available via inflatable mattresses. More detailed information is available in each boat’s specifications.
Yes. Per National Park Service rules, all houseboats from all marinas can have a maximum of 12 individuals on-board while the boat is in motion. There are no capacity limitations while the boat is in-dock or anchored. Additional guests frequently use alternative transportation (personal or rental boat) to meet the houseboat at its anchored destination.
