Karston & Coulin were the best workers to help and guide me with kayaking and gave me the best experience you can get. Jokes, laughs, and amazing advice, they made the lake look extra gorgeous.

Beautiful and clean. Well maintained. Very level sites , all the hookups worked well and good water pressure. There isn't a bathhouse ,no public restrooms , no laundry facility , no fenced off leash dog park. There are a couple of potty areas for pets. The check in office is a small steel building which was confusing as there aren't any signs stating the building is the check in office. The sites are spacious ,open concrete slab and astroturf yard. No picnic tables or fire pits . no shade and very open. Even in November it got hot. It's next to the marina and about 8 mile's from the town of page . Wide open spaces all the better to enjoy an Arizona sunset amd sunrise .

We took the 1 hour Antelope Canyon boat tour and our captain was great! She had plenty of nuggets of information about Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon.

Very clean, very nice staff, all paved RV spots!! No picnic tables, no fenced dog areas. Can walk to the marina gift shop, but could not walk to down to the pier, even though it was right there. They have you take a free shuttle to it. I could only see a smidge of water from the gift shop view point. I didn't have enough time to book a free shuttle ride, so I was a bit disappointed when I could have used my legs but wasn't allowed.

Much better than the marina down the road. Overall, houseboat rentals are nicer. Unloading area is nicer. The shuttle service is disorganized and the $20 per load to haul goods down seems nickel and dimed after paying $10k plus to rent the houseboat…

The RV park is very clean and the shuttle service and cart service was spot on. We did the boat tours and they were great. The fishing off the dock was fun plus a convienient tackle shop on marina. The staff at the restaurant do not seem to like their jobs and it shows. Sad because it's a great location and huge open restaurant and bar. We went twice to see if maybe it was a fluke. Nah even the second time not a smile to be had.

We loved this campground. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views and right on Lake Powell.
I recommend you visit Horseshoe bend and the slot canyons!

Pick-up / Return Details

We recommend arriving with your complete crew and gear at 8:00 am (Arizona Time) so we can get you checked in, boarded, and settled. Once you, your crew and gear are aboard, our staff will begin your orientation where they will go through the details of your houseboat operation, safety and systems as well as answer any questions you may have.

We highly recommend taking advantage of boarding your houseboat the night before your journey begins. Get loaded and settled in time to enjoy a great dinner at our marina restaurant with the opportunity to be one of the first out on the lake in the morning after your orientation. Take control the night before by choosing the “Early Board Option” during your booking.

Antelope Point Marina offers cart service for all rental customers to get your crew, gear and your provisions from the parking lot loading area to the rental dock. This service is first come, first served basis; please allow for extra time during the high seasons (June 15 – July 30).

Once your crew and gear are aboard, assure you are familiar with your houseboat systems and safety features, and have your questions answered, we will have an Antelope Point Marina – Boat Rental Team member escort your houseboat out of the marina slip and on your way. Note, this time will vary based on your ability to board your entire crew, gear and provisions

Please allow ample time and persons to launch your private boat/personal watercraft. As of 2023, your options are as follows:

a. Antelope Point Marina Valet launch ramp – allow for 1 hour, single boat driver needed. Confirm launch ramp hours & boat size availability. Fee applies.

b. Wahweap Public boat launch ramp – allow 2-3 hours, single boat driver + vehicle needed.

If you have selected anchoring service with Beach Bags, you will rendezvous with them at you scheduled location and time. Please notify them on you departure from the marina to ensure a smooth meet-up.

Houseboats are due back to the marina at 2:00 pm (Arizona Time)
